Vocational Qualification in Restaurant and Catering

At the Sámi Education Institute, culinary students prepare high-quality foods using locally sourced ingredients such as reindeer, fish, berries, and mushrooms. Students are also involved in procuring these raw materials.

Beyond undergraduate studies, students can refine their skills through specialized training, partner assignments, and events. Career opportunities are vast, allowing students to work in Northern Lapland, as well as in Sweden, Norway and Finland, with numerous job prospects in the northern hotel and restaurant industry.
